When life gives you overripe bananas, you must make banana muffins (or so I’m told). I’ve never made banana nut muffins before, so I veered from the trusted family banana bread recipe and sourced a muffin specific recipe instead. For years I’ve been telling myself I wouldn’t like banana nut muffins, but I have seriously been missing out. These muffins were delicious and had the perfect balance of flavor. They made the kitchen smell amazing. I can’t wait to make them again as I continue to tweak and test this recipe for my own collection.
